The VTCT Certificate Beauty Therapy level 3 is a comprehensive course designed for individuals who have completed the Level 2 Beauty Therapy course or have relevant experience in the beauty industry. The course covers advanced topics related to beauty therapy, including:
– Advanced facial skincare
– Advanced Electrical Facials techniques
– Advanced manicure and pedicure
– Electrical facial and body treatments
– Body massage
– Health and safety in the salon
The course is delivered through a combination of theory and practical sessions, enabling students to develop their skills in a real-world setting. Students will also have the opportunity to work with clients under the supervision of a qualified beauty therapist.

Course Overview:
The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Beauty Therapy Treatments has been designed to develop your practical beauty therapy skills.
This qualification includes all the required elements to work effectively as a beauty therapist including: providing body massage, face and body electrotherapy, health and safety and client care.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your understanding and skills further by selecting a number of optional units which include: massage with pre-blended oils, electrical epilation, individual permanent lashes, intimate waxing, self-tanning, nail enhancements, Indian head massage, micro dermabrasion and stone therapy. The structure of this qualification provides you with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required for a career as a beauty therapist.
Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client care and beauty therapy products and equipment. You will also develop a range of technical skills enabling you to prepare the skin and apply a variety of beauty therapy products and electrical equipment using different techniques. You will also develop interpersonal skills that will assist you to communicate effectively with clients.

- Monitor and maintain health and safety practice in the salon
- Client care and communication in beauty-related industries
- Working in beauty related industries
- Provide body massage
- Provide facial electrotherapy treatments
- Provide body electrotherapy treatments
- Provide stone therapy massage
- Provide Indian head massage
- Contribute to the effective running of business
VTCT Recommended Guided Learning Hours (GLH):
- 295 GLH
In House Training on Thursdays from 12:00 till 15:00
- 3 hours on Practical Training and 6 Hours of home study
At home self-study:
- 6 hours per week
Duration:
- 3 to 5 Months, depending on previous experience and the Number of students we have.
